1) Introduction<\/h3>\n

1.1 <\/span>Organizer.<\/b> The <\/span>Future Stars by Betano<\/span><\/i> program (\u201c<\/span>Program<\/b>\u201d) is organized by <\/span>[Digify<\/b> (\u201c<\/span>Organizer<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 <\/span>Purpose.<\/b> These Terms & Conditions (\u201c<\/span>T&Cs<\/b>\u201d) govern eligibility, application, selection, participation, conduct, communications, publicity, and complaint handling related to the Program.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3 <\/span>Acceptance.<\/b> By submitting an application or participating in any Program activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these T&Cs and the Program\u2019s separate Privacy Notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.4 <\/span>CSR nature.<\/b> The Program is a <\/span>Corporate Social Responsibility<\/b> initiative. Participation is free of charge. No product purchase, wagering, or betting account is required or considered in any way.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Platform is not a platform for gambling or betting, does not provide access to gambling or betting services, and does not advertise such services.1.5 <\/span>No employment.<\/b> Participating in the Program does <\/span>not<\/b> establish an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with the Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.6. <\/span>Disclaimer<\/b>. This Program is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute a professional, financial, medical or other type of advice, offer or solicitation to undertake any action. The information is provided without any representations or warranties as to accuracy or completeness.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Definitions & Interpretation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

2.1 <\/span>\u201cApplicant\/Participant\u201d<\/b> means a person who applies to or is selected for the Program.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 <\/span>\u201cApplication\u201d<\/b> means the online\/official form and any supplementary information submitted by an Applicant.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 <\/span>\u201cContent\u201d<\/b> means any text, image, video, audio, statements, or materials submitted or created by a Participant or captured by the Organizer as part of the Program.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4. \u201c<\/span>Digital Platform<\/b>\u201d means the Program website and online services, including accounts, content and communication tools.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5 <\/span>\u201cPrivacy Notice\u201d<\/b> means the separate document describing how personal data are processed for Program purposes (which prevails over any summary here).<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6. \u201c<\/span>Program Purposes<\/b>\u201d means (a) the creation, upload, hosting, display, and maintenance of video and photographic content on the Digital Platform so that Participants can access and benefit from such content; and (b) the promotion and awareness\u2011building of the Platform and its content through social media publications and distribution, online and digital media (including publication of articles on digital websites), public events, and television (including the broadcast of advertising spots about the Platform).<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6 <\/span>Interpretation.<\/b> Headings are for convenience only. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Program Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

3.1 <\/span>Objective.<\/b> The Program supports young athletes through learning content, mentorship, workshops, and visibility, structured around three pillars: <\/span>Mental Health<\/b>, <\/span>Professional Development<\/b>, <\/span>Personal Development<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 <\/span>Format & Timeline.<\/b> The Program is planned in phases during <\/span>[Oct\u2013Nov 2025]<\/b>, <\/span>[Jan\u2013Feb 2026]<\/b>, and <\/span>[Feb\u2013Mar 2026]<\/b>, with online content and in-person or virtual sessions as announced via official channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3 <\/span>Benefits.<\/b> Benefits are non-cash and educational in nature (e.g., mentorship, workshops, community exposure, potential editorial features). The Organizer may issue certificates of completion or participation at its discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

4.1 <\/span>Age.<\/b> Applicants must be <\/span>18\u201325 years old<\/b> on the application deadline date.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2 <\/span>Residency.<\/b> Applicants must be residents of <\/span>[Bulgaria]<\/b> (unless otherwise specified by the Organizer).<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3 <\/span>Sporting profile.<\/b> Applicants should be active athletes (amateur, semi-professional, or prospects) with commitment to training and development.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.4 <\/span>Exclusions.<\/b> Employees, contractors, and agents of the Organizer (and their immediate family\/household members) are not eligible.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.5 <\/span>Compliance.<\/b> The Organizer may declare ineligible any person who breaches these T&Cs, provides false information, or engages in conduct that could bring the Program or Organizer into disrepute.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.1 <\/span>How to apply.<\/b> Applicants must submit the official online form within the announced window and provide accurate, complete information.<\/span><\/p>\n
