Kiril Tanev
Kiril Tanev is a recognized expert in sports conditioning and nutrition, having worked with numerous professional athletes and teams. He combines a scientific approach with practical application, emphasizing the importance of balance between training, recovery, and long-term health.

Mentor – Mental Preparation and Psychological Wellbeing
Polina Hadjiankova
Polina Hadjiankova is a sports psychologist, lecturer and researcher at the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Sociology at the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” in Sofia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Iona University (New York, USA) and a master’s degree in Sports Psychology from the National Sports Academy. Currently, she is completing her PhD focused on mental resilience and motivation in athletes.
Within FUTURE STARS by BETANO, she provides professional guidance on psychological preparation and emotional balance—key factors for achieving long-term success in sports and in life.
