1. What is Future Stars by Betano?
Future Stars by Betano is a program within the corporate social responsibility of the Betano brand, created to support young athletes through training, mentoring, practical guidance and opportunities for personal and professional development.
The program is structured in three areas: mental health; professional development; personal development.
Participation is completely free and is not tied to a purchase or betting activities.
2. When does the program take place?
The program is implemented in the period 2025-2026, in several thematic modules and training phases.
Each phase combines online content, practical workshops and (where applicable) face-to-face meetings and/or live events.
Specific dates and topics are announced in advance on the official Betano and Future Stars by Betano social media channels.
3. Who can participate?
The program is aimed at young athletes between the ages of 18 and 25 who live in Bulgaria and are actively training.
The program is open to both amateurs and semi-professionals, as well as athletes with potential who wish to develop not only physically, but also professionally and personally.
4. Do I need to be a professional athlete?
You do not have to be a professional athlete, but you must have a sports diploma or be a member of a sports club.
This condition applies to all applicants and ensures that participants are truly committed to the training process.
5. How can I apply?
You can apply via the online form at betanofuturestars.bg within the announced deadline.
The form includes contact information, education, sports profile (club, coach, discipline, training, participation and achievements) and a short motivational text.
In it, you must indicate which areas you would like to receive support – professional, personal or mental.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee participation.
6. How are participants selected?
Applications are evaluated by a panel of mentors, experts and representatives of the Company – organizer.
The following criteria are evaluated:
– sports potential and achievements to date;
– perseverance and commitment;
– compliance with the values of the program;
– clarity of motivation and needs in the three areas;
– balance between different sports, regions and profiles of the candidates
The organizer may conduct short online interviews. In case of refusal or non-confirmation, the place is offered to the next candidate.

7. Is the program paid? Are there any prizes?
Participation is completely free.
The program is not a competition and does not offer material prizes.
The real value is in the intangible benefits – access to mentors and experts, new knowledge, contacts and inspiration that will help you develop sustainably.
Travel or additional expenses related to participation in the program are at your own expense, unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.
8. Can I opt out of publicity?
Yes. You may choose whether or not to grant consent for the use of your name, image, or statements in program-related materials.
Opting out will not affect your participation, though it may limit your visibility in public formats of the program.
9. Will I receive a certificate?
The organizer may, at its discretion, issue a certificate of participation or completion of the program.
10. What if I can’t attend a session?
Please inform the team in advance at program@betanofuturestars.bg.
Repeated absences without prior notice may affect your continued participation in the program.
11. If I’m not selected, can I appeal the decision?
No. The selection committee’s decisions are final.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you may reapply in a future edition of the program.
12. How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
If you are selected, you will receive an official email at the address provided in your application.
You will be asked to confirm your participation within a specific timeframe.
If you fail to respond in time, your spot may be offered to another candidate on the waitlist.
13. Will there be another edition of the program?
Yes, Future Stars by Betano is a long-term initiative. Even if you are not selected in the first edition of the program, you can reapply and join in the future, if you meet the requirements.
14. How are complaints or inquiries handled?
You can send your inquiry to program@betanofuturestars.bg – all questions received are reviewed by the program team and you will receive a timely response.

15. What personal data is collected?
