1) Introduction
1.1 Organizer. The Future Stars by Betano program (“Program”) is organized by [Digify (“Organizer”).
1.2 Purpose. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern eligibility, application, selection, participation, conduct, communications, publicity, and complaint handling related to the Program.
1.3 Acceptance. By submitting an application or participating in any Program activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these T&Cs and the Program’s separate Privacy Notice.
1.4 CSR nature. The Program is a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. Participation is free of charge. No product purchase, wagering, or betting account is required or considered in any way.
The Platform is not a platform for gambling or betting, does not provide access to gambling or betting services, and does not advertise such services.1.5 No employment. Participating in the Program does not establish an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with the Organizer.
1.6. Disclaimer. This Program is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute a professional, financial, medical or other type of advice, offer or solicitation to undertake any action. The information is provided without any representations or warranties as to accuracy or completeness.
2) Definitions & Interpretation
2.1 “Applicant/Participant” means a person who applies to or is selected for the Program.
2.2 “Application” means the online/official form and any supplementary information submitted by an Applicant.
2.3 “Content” means any text, image, video, audio, statements, or materials submitted or created by a Participant or captured by the Organizer as part of the Program.
2.4. “Digital Platform” means the Program website and online services, including accounts, content and communication tools.
2.5 “Privacy Notice” means the separate document describing how personal data are processed for Program purposes (which prevails over any summary here).
2.6. “Program Purposes” means (a) the creation, upload, hosting, display, and maintenance of video and photographic content on the Digital Platform so that Participants can access and benefit from such content; and (b) the promotion and awareness‑building of the Platform and its content through social media publications and distribution, online and digital media (including publication of articles on digital websites), public events, and television (including the broadcast of advertising spots about the Platform).
2.6 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
3) Program Overview
3.1 Objective. The Program supports young athletes through learning content, mentorship, workshops, and visibility, structured around three pillars: Mental Health, Professional Development, Personal Development.
3.2 Format & Timeline. The Program is planned in phases during [Oct–Nov 2025], [Jan–Feb 2026], and [Feb–Mar 2026], with online content and in-person or virtual sessions as announced via official channels.
3.3 Benefits. Benefits are non-cash and educational in nature (e.g., mentorship, workshops, community exposure, potential editorial features). The Organizer may issue certificates of completion or participation at its discretion.

4) Eligibility
4.1 Age. Applicants must be 18–25 years old on the application deadline date.
4.2 Residency. Applicants must be residents of [Bulgaria] (unless otherwise specified by the Organizer).
4.3 Sporting profile. Applicants should be active athletes (amateur, semi-professional, or prospects) with commitment to training and development.
4.4 Exclusions. Employees, contractors, and agents of the Organizer (and their immediate family/household members) are not eligible.
4.5 Compliance. The Organizer may declare ineligible any person who breaches these T&Cs, provides false information, or engages in conduct that could bring the Program or Organizer into disrepute.
5) Application
5.1 How to apply. Applicants must submit the official online form within the announced window and provide accurate, complete information.
5.2 Data requested.
The Application may request (non-exhaustive) the following types of information, as reflected in the Program questionnaire:
- Personal information: full name, gender, age, city/town of residence, phone number, and email address;
- Education: education level or degree, current enrollment, completed courses, and professional certifications;
- Sports: current sport club affiliation, sport discipline, possession of a sport diploma (if applicable), details on current sport practice, frequency and structure of trainings, participation in tournaments and competitions, details regarding your coaching or training arrangements (e.g., club, coach’s role, or relevant affiliation). Please avoid including personal data of third parties unless strictly necessary.;
- Personal Motivation: areas for support across the three pillars, willingness to attend mentoring sessions or related events, and comfort with publicity and community sharing.
5.3 One entry per individual. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or late Applications may be rejected without notice.
5.4 Attachments. The Organizer may allow or request supporting documents (e.g., certificates, references).
5.5 Acknowledgment. Submitting an Application does not guarantee selection.
6) Selection Process & Criteria
6.1 Panel. Applications are evaluated by a panel of mentors/experts and Organizer representatives.
6.2 Criteria. Evaluation considers: athletic potential and trajectory; commitment to training; alignment with Program values; clarity of motivation and development areas (Professional, Personal, Mental Health); and cohort composition relative to capacity.
6.3 Process. Multi-step review (paper screening and interviews where applicable). The Organizer’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
6.4 Cohort size. The Organizer may cap the number of selected Participants and maintain a waitlist.
6.5 No lobbying. Applicants must not attempt to influence panel members; any such attempt may result in disqualification.
6.6 Notification. Selected Applicants will be notified via the contact details provided. The Organizer may request timely confirmation; failure to confirm may result in offering the place to a waitlisted Applicant.
7) Participation & Conduct
7.1 Commitment. Participants must attend scheduled sessions (online/offline), complete reasonable learning tasks, and engage respectfully with mentors, staff, and peers.
7.2 Code of Conduct. Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, violence, illegal activity, or misconduct.
7.3 Anti-doping & fair play. Participants are expected to uphold sport integrity and comply with applicable anti-doping and sport governance rules.
7.4 Respect for venues & platforms. Participants must follow all rules of event venues, digital platforms, and communities used by the Program.
7.5 Consequences. Breaches of this Section may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from the Program at the Organizer’s discretion.
7.6. Reporting: Any concern about any breach of this section can be directed to the email address of the Organizer mentioned below under art 18.
8) Health, Safety & Insurance
8.1 Personal responsibility. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of sports training and related activities and agree to act responsibly and within their personal limits.
8.2 Insurance. Unless expressly stated in writing, the Organizer does not provide personal accident, health, travel, or equipment insurance. Participants are responsible for any such insurance they deem appropriate.
8.3. Wellbeing disclaimer. The Program’s Mental Health pillar provides educational content only. It does not constitute medical advice. Participants should seek professional medical advice as needed.
9) Communications, Publicity & Intellectual Property
9.1 Publicity consent (optional).
At certain stages of the Program (for example, during events, mentoring sessions, or video recordings), participants will be asked to provide explicit consent allowing the Organizer to record and use their name, image, voice, biography, and statements for communication and promotional purposes.
Such materials may be used in Program-related content, including press releases, social media publications, the official website, and video productions.
Providing this consent is entirely voluntary and will be requested before any photos, videos, or interviews are recorded.
If a participant chooses not to give consent, they will still be able to take part in the Program, but will not be featured in any publicly available content or communication materials (“visibility features”).
9.2. Platform Ownership. Organizer retains all right, title and interest in and to the Digital Platform, Software, data, and the associated technology and documentation. Organizer grants Participants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to access and use the Digital Platform during the Timeline of the Program.9.3 Content provided by Participants. Participants warrant that materials they provide (text, images, videos, music) are original or properly licensed and do not infringe third-party rights. Participants retain full ownership of all data uploaded and grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable and worldwide license to use such materials solely for Program purposes.
9.3 Editorial discretion. The Organizer retains editorial control over Program communications, subject to applicable laws (including gambling advertising restrictions). No wagering inducements will be directed at Participants.
9.4 Moral rights. To the extent permitted by law, Participants consent to reasonable editing, cropping, or formatting of their Content for Program purposes.
9.5. Brand and Trademark use. Participants may not use the Organizer’s or partners’ names, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent and must follow applicable brand guidelines when permission is granted.
10) Acceptable Use
10.1 Accounts. Participants are responsible for (a) ensuring that their account registration information is complete and accurate; and (b) the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable. Participants must not share or allow access to their account by any other person.
10.2 Prohibited Use. Participants must not: (a) upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content; (b) harass or threaten others; (c) upload malware or attempt to disrupt or circumvent security; (d) scrape or mine data; (e) impersonate others; (f) breach third-party rights. They are also prohibited from, and shall not copy, modify, adapt, transmit, sell, distribute, publish or otherwise use the Digital Platform and Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions.
10.3 Suspension/Termination. The Organizer may suspend or terminate access for breaches, security risks, or legal reasons. Reactivation will be completely at Organizer’s discretion.
10.4 Maintenance and availability. The use of the Platform may be restricted, interrupted, or suspended, for administrative, operational, or security reasons, without prior notice and without compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades to the Digital Platform at any time. While the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions, Participants acknowledge that temporary unavailability may occur and agree that the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interruptions.
11) Data Protection and Confidentiality
11.1. Data Protection. You can read our Privacy Notice here, which explains our practices and policies regarding the collection, use and exchange of information and cookies collected from you or on your behalf. Our Privacy Notice is an integral part of the contract between [NAME] and the Participant. By accepting the Program Terms and Conditions, the Participant confirms that he has become aware of the Privacy Notice, understands and agrees with the procedures and practices described therein.11.2. Confidentiality.
11.2.1 Definitions. “Confidential Information” means non-public information shared via the Platform, including: personal data; information about mental health, wellbeing, diagnosis, treatment or support needs; development goals, assessments and feedback; communications with mentors, experts, facilitators or other participants; and materials marked or reasonably considered confidential. It excludes information that (a) is or becomes public through no breach; (b) was lawfully known before disclosure; (c) is independently developed; or (d) is lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidence.
11.2.2 Our obligations. We will not disclose Confidential Information except: (a) to our personnel, mentors, experts, facilitators, moderators and service providers who need it to deliver the Program and are bound by confidentiality and data protection duties; (b) as required by law or a competent authority; (c) to address safeguarding concerns, including a reasonable belief of serious harm to you or others; or (d) in aggregated and/or anonymised form. We will maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures and restrict access on a need-to-know basis.
11.2.3 Participants’ obligations. Participants must keep confidential any Confidential Information obtained through the Platform about mentors, experts, facilitators, other users or the Programme, unless permitted by them or required by law. They must not copy, record, screenshot, scrape or share Platform content, materials or communications outside the Platform (including on social media) without prior written consent.
11.2.4 Group settings: Some activities (e.g., workshops, visibility features) may involve sharing with other participants. What Participants share may be seen by them. Please exercise discretion; while participants are bound by these obligations, we cannot guarantee their compliance.
12) Fees
12.1 Program free of charge. The Program is free to join.
13) Complaints, Queries & Support
13.1 Contact. For questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the Application, selection, Program activities, or these T&Cs, contact [program@domain.tld]. The Organizer will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and seek resolution in good faith. Where a data protection matter is involved, you may also contact dpo-office@betano.bg.
14) Changes, Suspension & Cancellation
14.1 Operational changes. The Organizer may modify the Program, its timeline, mentor lineup, or these T&Cs for operational, safety, or legal reasons. Notice of material changes will be posted on the Program’s official channels.
14.2 Force majeure. In case of events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control (e.g., strikes, epidemics, venue closures, platform outages), sessions may be adapted, postponed, or canceled. The Organizer will take reasonable steps to mitigate and communicate impacts.
14.3 Effect of changes. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted unless required by law or safety.
15) Liability
15.1 Limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with the Program.
15.2 Non-excludable liability. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15.3 Third-party platforms & venues. The Organizer is not responsible for third-party services used in connection with the Program, including platforms, venues, links, modifications, delivery failures, data corruptions, discontinuation of services..
15.4 Disclaimer of Warranties: Except as expressly stated in these T&Cs, the Digital Platform and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Organizer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Organizer does not warrant that the Digital Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by the internet, electronic communications networks, or systems beyond its reasonable control.
15.5. Participants’ liability. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16) Compliance (Anti-Corruption, Sanctions & Lawful Conduct)
16.1 Lawful conduct. Participants must comply with applicable laws and sport governance rules.
16.2 Anti-corruption. Participants must not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper advantages in connection with the Program.
16.3 Sanctions. The Organizer may decline participation where doing so would breach applicable trade or financial sanctions.
17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
17.1 Law. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of [Bulgaria] (mandatory consumer/data protection laws of your residence may still apply where relevant).
17.2 Venue. Courts of [Sofia, Bulgaria] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable legal rights.
18) Miscellaneous
18.1 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
28.2 No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
18.3 Assignment. Rights and obligations under these T&Cs are personal to the Participant and may not be assigned without the Organizer’s consent.
18.4 Entire agreement. These T&Cs (together with the Privacy Policy and any participation notices) constitute the entire agreement relating to the Program.

Appendix A — Selection & Waitlist Outline (Non-Binding Guidance)
- Screening: Check basic eligibility and completeness; de-duplicate entries.
- Qualitative review: Assess athletic trajectory, commitment, alignment with Program values, clarity of motivation, and fit across the three pillars.
- Interviews (if used): Short, structured conversations to confirm motivations, expectations, and availability (no tests, no practical exercises).
- Cohort assembly: Balance disciplines, genders, regions, and development needs within capacity.
- Waitlist: If a selected Participant declines or is unresponsive within a reasonable timeframe, the place may be offered to the next suitable Applicant on the waitlist.
Appendix B — Participant FAQ (Informative / Non-Binding)

No. The Program is free. Travel/incidental costs are yours unless we explicitly confirm coverage in writing.
